Got his book as a part of the required text for my Paralegal course and I must admit, it was an interesting read. The book was written in an easy to understand format for someone without a legal background. Especially with everyone saying how boring contract law can be. It gave many examples of the various elements of contracts and also various supplements to help digest the information. I highly recommend it for paralegal students or anyone who desires to learn more about contracts. As my professor stated... we enter into contracts everyday!! Amazing to be enlightened to that fact!

This book is excellent! It is a tool every day people can use to ease some of the frustrations of entering into contracts with individuals or companies. The real life scenarios are most helpful. The real life scenarios reinforced the notion that you are not alone in your plight....and there is something that you can indeed do about it. I've shared several excerpts of the books with friends going through contract disputes and they too agree this book gave them an additional vantage point they didn't otherwise have.Don't just take my word for it, try it you'll learn from it!

I'm a paralegal student who honestly isn't very into contracts, but this book made the seemingly complicated topic of contracts become more understandable and approachable. The book is organized well and very straightforward and uncomplicated in its writing. I'd recommend it for any paralegal/law professor or student.
Although used, this book was in good shape. The book itself was written well. I am enjoying it.
This book is easy to study from and has basic outlines at the end of every chapter. I bought this to supplement a contracts class i'm taking and it has been a huge help!!
Unlike some of the paralegal textbooks I had to buy, this one was very readable and approachable. I loved contract law and it was in part because the book made the concept easy to understand and easy to reference. Definitely worth the money compared to many of the textbooks I have purchased in the past.
