This is a very good book to follow, highly recommended. It provides detailed but not tedious instructions and is interesting to read. I would recommend this book to anyone who just begins to prepare LSAT as the first book to read.
I just received my book and have looked at it. So far I give it a 5 out of 5 because it's detailed and gives you detailed information on how to work the problems out. I also thought it was great that it gives you tips on taking the test.

Listen...I wish I had this book when I first started studying for the LSAT. I used the book recommended and provided by the LSAC and boy was that monstrosity a pure waste of time. This book is SO much better. Don't let its small width, confuse you. It packs a lot of information in a concise, easy to understand and relate-able way, almost everything presented in the larger books minus the extra practice tests. Not only does it tell you what to expect from the test, it tells you how to APPROACH the test itself, the sections an questions and the written aspect.The flow and content is presented clearly, no grammatical errors, format and style makes it easy to remember the tips.For me it made, me comfortable to take the tips and information presented and pass the exam. I just took the LSAT on Monday but funny thing was I felt comfortable.For those who study best without the fluff and just need to be confident in your skills.... this book is definitely for you.
Very helpful little book! Much of this text is sheer test prep that would help for any high-stakes testing situation. So much of it is being good at thinking through questions and having good critical thinking as a test-taker. One very helpful part was the section on how to think through flawed or illogical reasoning and how to analyze arguments. There were good sample questions and explanations on how to reason through the best answer choices. The book also provides sample tests and a section with thorough answers and explanations. It's solid help and a confidence-booster for all test-takers.
Preparing to take the LSAT can be frustrating and difficult, but this guide has been an excellent resource. It provides valuable information that is helpful in testing, including relevant facts and concepts. What helps this study guide stand out better than all the others is that there are also strategy ideas for test-taking that will help me (and you) get our best scores whenever we test. I strongly recommend this LSAT study guide to anyone serious about preparing for this entrance exam.
